A man of honor, Lockwood has served as the Head of House longer than any in the history of Hallow Oaks, taking on the role after his fathers untimely death when he was but the age of 20. Lockwood wasn't always the first choice, and in fact, was prepared to leave the "family business" before the death of his father to pursue personal endeavors. This dream was put on hold until his younger sibling was old enough to take the throne but after their death was ultimately forced to forgo his dreams forever and take on the responsibility he was born into. Through out the years he grew to respect the position he held, even going so far as to say he was thankful for the deaths as they were reminders of his true purpose; to serve the town and his family. Though a Magi, he is a man of rational thinking and takes business very seriously, as well as his distaste for superstition. He does not believe in the curse between his family and the Dukes but that doesn't mean he trusts them either.

A woman who would stop at nothing to protect her family, Sophia is one of the most powerful -and scary- witches in Hallow Oaks and has served as the matriarch of the Duke family for the last 40 years.

Lorelai is an elf and Fae Queen with her territory smack dab in the middle of Hallow Oaks. As a friendly gesture she allowed the Witches to settle on her land and granted them a gift on behalf of the Fae Council in exchange for respect for the land and her people. Though light-hearted and fair she is an infamous trickster and can easily succumb to her unwavering spitefulness towards those who disrespect her - an easy accomplishment fitted for any fool brave enough to try. Because of her age she shows no effort at hiding her opinions and behavior on certain things, however, unlike the Fae in the Otherworld is familiar with the customs of mortals. She finds pleasure in the simple things, such as conversations with mortals or spending a day lounging in the garden. But if not kept constantly entertained her boredom becomes mischief. She's willing to go so far as the cause death in the name of "good fun" though nowadays this happens very rarely since the advancements of technology.

Evangeline can be described by most to be imaginative, artistic, and practical. She is driven by her emotions which fuels her inspiriation to paint. Evangeline can be a strong-willed and stubborn person when faced with hardships but she always strives for the best in everything and with determination and brutal honesty is usually successful in her endeavors. Among her siblings she is the eldest and is current Head of House while their father is away on business.

Born in Egypt during the Fourth Dynasty and was the son of an influential man closely related to the Pharaoh Khufu. Sunlight burned him as did certain holy objects (not including the cross or holy water, but ancient sacred objects such as silver). He would forever be subjected to his hunger and the never-ending desire for the life-force of others in order to sustain his own within his ageless body. His senses as well as his emotions would be heightened, as were any immortal God created by the book. The Undead King was also gifted with immaculate strength, speed, and the ability to manipulate fragile minds and induce nightmares. For the Original only witch blood can satisfy his hunger, as a former witch himself he often feels the blood of his kin grants him the powers and connection to the magic he had once lost. His children, however, feed on just about anyone. He is known to take on several lovers and grants them abilities by giving them his blood.
