[attr="class","i-content"]The Council - is a relatively small organization located in Hallow Oaks and acts as the towns personal form of government. The small, but highly reputable, Council consists of an Elder from each prominent witch family. The Council holds authority over all witches -covenanted or rogue- within its boundaries. Other forms of magic such as Voodoo or Expression aren’t widely used with the latter viewed as blasphemous, but the Council takes no formal action against those who practice as long as a threat isn’t perceived.
The Triad - consists of the most powerful and influential witches and magi of the present century. With each century comes a new generation, their predecessors passing on the knowledge to their chosen. It is held as a great honor and extreme rarity to serve the Triad though not an easy position to uphold.
